DEHORNING CATTLE
Bill Not Coming Down This Session Mr. William Harris, Christchurch, an advocate of dehorning young cattle, who has made representations to the Minister of Agriculture, Hon. W. Lee Martin, for a dehorning Bill, has received advice from the Minister that, because of pressure of other Government business, it will not be possible to introduce a Bill this session. In earlier correspondence, the Minister said that a Bill would be introduced at the first opportunity.
