Extension Of Scheme For Unemployed Workers Bv Telegraph—E’ress Association CHRISTCHURCH. September 11. So much success lias attended the Government’s scheme for the settlement of unemployed workers on the land that the Government intends to extend it considerably, according to a statement by the Minister of Labour, Hon. 11. T. Armstrong. New plans involve a great deal of work on the West Coast pakilii areas.
