FRANCE WAITING

Mobilisation Only In Face Of Aggression PARIS, September 8. The Foreign Minister, M. Bonnet, has postponed his departure for Geneva. The Government, having completed its pre-mobilisation measures, awaits Germany’s next move. It will not order a mobilisation unless aii overt act of aggression is made by Germany by violation of the Czech frontier. In the meantime the War Ministry is reviewing the existing measures to protect the population from air attacks. ITALY’S MORAL SUPPORT FOR GERMANY LONDON, September 8.
