BRASS BANDS CONTEST

Adjudicator Appointed By Telegraph—Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, September 9. Captain H. Shugg, Melbourne, has been appointed chief adjudicator for the New Zealand brass bands contest, to be held in Christchurch from February 19 to February 25, 1939. This advice has 'been received by the Christchurch Citizens’ Band Committee from the secretary of the New Zealand Brass Bands’ Association.
