Though there is a number of cases of measles in the Palmerston North health district, the outbreak is reported to be waning. There were about 10 cases at the Boys' High .School this week, but most of them were front the country. There have been several cases in flic past three weeks at the Technical High School, but lite incidence has been slight. Influenza has, however, been almost universal in the city, and this has had its effect on school attendances
