ASSAULT CHARGE
Verdict Of Not Guilty By Telegraph—Press Association. New Plymouth, August 9. After a retirement of 20 minutes this morning the jury returned a verdict of not guilty in the case in which William Thomas Rosewarne, Fraser Road, near Hawera. was'charged with assaulting Charlie Tumoann so as to cause bodily harm and alternatively with common assault
The charges arose out of occurrences at what was described as a drinking party at the home of accused.
