XIOTJCE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by JA Proclamation uuder the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand dated the 4th day of July, 1938, and published in the New Zealand Gazette dated July 7, 1938, the land described in the schedule hereto was taken under the Public Works Act 1928 for the purposes of a pleasure ground, the said proclamation to take effect on and after the seventh day of July, One thousand, nine hundred and thirtyeight.
