The weather conditions were not good, but the greens and fairways, although on the heavy side, played well. The winner for the women was Miss G. Burgess, and for the men Mr. H. Burgess. The club intends to erect a pavilion in the shelter of the beautiful piece of bush near No. 9 green. With the regular amount of ground work that is being carried out, the erection of signs and guide-posts, the links should prove an attraction not only to present members but also to prospective members. Miramar Ladies’ Club Following Is the draw for the Canadian foursome to be played on Tuesday by the Miramar Ladles’ Golf Club. Play will begin at 9.30 a.m., and thereafter at smln. intervals.
