WRESTLING ON MONDAY
The virile type of- wrestling so well portrayed by the two cowboys at present competing in New Zealand, I’at Fraley ajltl U‘<-k Haines, makes such a strong appeal to followers of the sport that the return match between them, which is to be held in Wellington Town Hall on Monday night, se’ems certain to attract an even larger crowd than attended the ■first time the men came together. It is an open secret that the fact that the return contest is beingjield so soon, and in the same ring, is due to Fraley’s determination to do all he can to.show the decision given in Raines’s favour on Monday night does not truly represent the respective abilities of bis rival and himself. Those who saw the match appreciated the fact that Raines’s superiority in the two deciding rounds was largely due to the effect upon bis opponent of the ‘‘buck-breaker’’ hold which he used in the sitxh round to equalise the falls. There is no doubt that Fraley will take every care to avoid a repetition of this deadly hold in the return bout and, if lie is successful. Unifies will find it no easy matter to repeat his success.
