ELECTION RETURNS IN QUEENSLAND

Labour Total Down By One (Received April 4, 10.50 p.m.) Brisbane, April 4. The latest election returns indicate that the Labour total will be reduced by only one. Although it appears definite that two metropolitan seats have been lost, there Is an indication that the party will hold one doubtful country seat, and that it will gain another previously regarded as safe for the Country Party. Five seats are still classed as doubtful.
