Whole Villages Destroyed (Received March 31, 7.45 p.m.) Kansas City, March 31. Nineteen are dead and 200 Injured as a result of tornadoes in four States in the south-west. Whole villages were destroyed and buildings piled up/ Several schools collapsed, but in most instances the pupils miraculously escaped. The storm, which' was accompanied by rain and hail, cut off the electricity and many operations were performed by physicians with the aid of electric torches. The storm lashed Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Central Illinois.
