NEGLIGENT DRIVING
Committed For Trial By Telegraph—Press Association Featherston, March 28. In the Magistrates’ Court, Featherston, to-day, before Mr. H. P. Lawry, S.M., William Robert Thomson, lorry driver, Featherston, was charged with negligently driving a motor-lorry thereby causing the death of Thomas Cudlip. Thomson pleaded not guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court, Wellington, for trial.
The charge was a sequel to an accident at Tauherenikau on February 12.
