Mostly Fair, With Occasional Isolated Rains And A Few Heavy Local Falls. Following is the weather report and forecast issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington, for the 24 hours ending 3 p.m. to-day: Pressure remains high and very uniform over the Dominion. To the east it is still higher, and over the south-west Tasman Sea there is a slight depression. The forecast is for light to moderate and variable winds with north-easterlies to northerlies predominatingSeas slight to moderate. Light to moderate east to north winds prevailing in the eastern Tasman Sea with Blight to moderate seas. f Weather for the most part fair but with occasional isolated rains in most districts and a few heavy local falls. Temperatures mild to warm.
