It is authoritatively stated that the Italian viewpoint concerning the army manoeuvres is based on a misunder standing. Swiss regiments will merely carry out a normal service programme connected with protection which occurs in all frontiers, in order to familiarise the recently-reorganised frontier guards with their duties.
