AWATEA DELAYED
The departure of the Awatea from Wellington for Auckland last night was delayed half an hour through the ship having to reberth to put ashore people who were farewelling passengers and who were apparently unaware that the ship had cast off. The Awatea finally sailed at 11.35 p.m.
