Sir James Carroll Memorial House By Telegraph.—Press Association. Hastings, March 14. It is announced that his Excellency the Governor-General, Lord Galway, will officially open the Sir James Carroll Memorial House now being built at Te Uhl Pa, near Wairoa. This is the building • about which rumours of tapu have caused, much interest among Hawke’s Bay Maoris.
