FRENCH FRONTIER
All Troops Confined To Barracks (Received March 14, 1.30 a.m.) Paris, March 13. “Le Matin” says that in view of the international situation all troops stationed along the Franco-German frontier in fortifications on the Alaginot Line are confined to barracks. All leave in other garrisons has been stop ped.
