Gas-Worker Awarded £479 By Telegraph—Press Association. Hastings, March 10. Judgment for plaintiff for £479/1/2 with costs was given by Mr. Justice O’Regan in a reserved decision in a case heard in the Court of Arbitration at Napier on February 17, in which Thomas. William Barry, gas worker, Napier, claimed compensation from the Napier Gas Company. Ltd., for permanent and total disablement received while in the employ of tlie company.
