CLOSING OF SOVIET CONSULATES

Demand Made By Germany London, March 3. The correspondent of “The Times” in Berlin reports that Germany has demanded the closing of the Soviet Consulates at Koenigsberg and Hamburg by May 15, by which date the German Consulates at Kiev and Novosibirsk will have been liquidated and,all German Consular activity concentrated at Moscow. The German action has been taken “in consequence of the continual chicancery with the consulates at Kiev and Novosibirsk which has uot stopped despite continual protests.”
