ALLEGED TRAITOR

Execution Of Russian Admiral

London, February 23. The Moscow correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” states that the Minister of War, M. Voroshilov, revealed that Admiral Sivkov, commander of the Baltic fleet, was among the “traitors and spies who have been wiped off the face of the earth.’’ He added that the execution of the traitors had greatly strengthened the armed forces. A message published earlier stated that M. Voroshilov had cleared up the mystery of the disappearance in October of Admiral OrlqxJ commander-in-chief of the navy, who was Russia’s chief delegate to the Coronation. Describing Admiral Orlov as a traitor, M. Voroshilov said that he had been destroyed, presumably meaning that he had been shot.
