Chinese (Received February 25, 1.30 a.m.) Tokift February 24. According to “Asahi Shimbun” yesterday’s planes, which caused 10 deaths and 30 wounded at Formosa, came from Foochow and Swatow. Admiral Noda believes the Chinese possess planes capable of attacking Japan, which, nevertheless is ready. A Hankow message says the Chinese declare that a row of hangars and 40 Japanese aeroplanes were destroyed at Formosa yesterday.
