Management Committee Meets

The management committee of the Wellington Boys’ Institute held its first meeting of the year in the Institute Building, Tasman Street, on Monday night, the chairman. Mr. YV. A. Parton, presiding. A team of boys in charge of the director, Mr. Mabin, paid a visit to Wanganui and Auckland, said Mr. Parton, where they played cricket, against the YY’anganui Boys 1 ' Association and the Auckland boys', and Y.M.C.A. campers at Hunua, Auckland, resulting in the loss of the Wanganui game and two wins in Auckland, The director reported that with the exception of the annual camp, the club’s activities had. been in abeyance during fhe Christmas holidays.
