Recovery From Infantile Paralysis By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, February 22. Progress toward recovery is being made bj - Mr. G. C. J. Dalton, Auckland, one of the two New Zealand Rhodes scholars selected in December, 1936, who contracted infantile paralysis last year shortly before he was to leave for Oxford to take a special course in engineering. Mr. Dalton expects to leave Auckland Hospital, where he is 'a patient, on Saturday, and will later go to terbury College to continue his studies. In spite of tlie handicap caused by his illness. Mr.- Dalton expects to leave at the end of the year for Oxford. He will study structural engineering.
