A fine of £2. costs 10/-, was imposed by Mr. W. F. Stilwell, S.M., in the Magistrates' Court, Wellington, yesterday on Charles Horace Boncey (Mr. J. A. Scott) on a charge that, being a person other than the licensee, he supplied liquor at the Panama Hotel on December 24.
