Decision On Control To Be Made Before Start Sydney, February 2. The Minister of Defence, Mr. H. V. C. Thorby, commenting on the denial bv the New Zealand Prime Minister, Mr. M. J. Savage, of the allegation that the delay in the inauguration of the trans-Tasman air service was caused by New Zealand’s desire that tlie respective Governments should operate the service, said that the Commonwealth Government was not blaming tlie New Zealand Government or anyone else. He added, however, that before the service could be inaugurated there must be complete understanding, ir. regard to its control.
