Returned To Wellington Miss Rosina Benson, Brooklyn, has returned from a holiday visit to Nelson. Mrs. S. E. O. Snow has returned to Wellington after spending a holiday at “Four Oaks,” Morrison Bush. Mrs. W. E. Caldow, official referee, for the New Zealand Croquet Council, has returned to Wellington from Wanganui, where the Dominion croquet tournament was recently held. Miss M. Scott has returned to Wellington from a visit to Wanganui, where she was the guest of her sister, Mrs. A. Munro, Durie Hill. Miss Rosina Benson, Brooklyn, who has been spending a holiday at Nelson, has returned to Wellington.

Hunter and family, Coradine Street, Masterton, who have been staying at Mataikona, East Coast have returned hpme. Arriving From Overseas 6 Miss Kathleen Courtney, who is the secretary of the Women’s International Peace and Disarmament Committee of Geneva, and an outstanding speaker on international affairs, has accepted the invitation of the Y.W.C.A. of New Zealand and will arrive in Auckland on February 10. Returned from Abroad Miss Eileen O’Meeghan. Tirnaru, who has been visiting England, returned in the Strathnaver, which arrived at Wellington on Monday. She is-at present the guest of Mrs. A. S. Paterson, Lower Hutt. Mr. and Mrs. N. J. Greenwood, of Palmerston North, who have been spending a holiday in Sydney and Melbourne, returned by the Awatea. Going Abroad Miss Crtiickshank, Christchurch, a former principal of the Wanganui Girls’ ' College, will leave early this month for a visit to England. Colonel and Mrs. Murray Gard’ner, Christchurch, will leave on Saturday to join the Moreton Bay for a trip to England.
