CITIZEN RIGHTS
Australian Aboriginals (Received February 3, 12.5 a.m.) x Canberra, February 2. The Federal Ministry is considering the question of conferring full citizenship rights on Australian aboriginals who have reached a certain educational status. The plan will parallel New Zealand legislation.
