WELLINGTON CENTENNIAL CELEBRATIONS
Citizens who have knowledge of historical events in Wellington at its founding in 1839 and IS4O are invited to attend a meeting called by the mayor, Mr. T. C. A. Hislop. The object is to obtain a tentative seleetio nof dates to be submitted to the provincial committee and later to the Government for inclusion in the national programme of the centennial celebrations.
