The 761,600 ordinary shares ot £1 eac-h which have been issued by General Motors-Holden’s, Ltd., are a bonus issue, made front accumulated profits. HR new capital will be issued to ordinary, shareholders only. General Motors Corporation. of America already owns most of the existing ordinary capital ot £965,500. . , Tbe capitalisation will increase issueil capital from £1,527.400 to £2,289,000, made up of 561,600 6 per cent, cumulative preference sharps and 3, <2 4,*100 ordinal J shares, all of £1 each.
