Clark Gable is, next, and not much doubt exists about who are the other players at the top of the money-making tree. Last Friday there was published on this page the result of a pool among the patrons of a chain of English theatres that was held to see who were the most popular movie stars at those theatres. Exhibitors have another wav of finding the stars the people ot their town like most— counting the number of tickets sold.
