Three Months’ Jail Imposed

(By Telegraph—Pres« Association.) Greymouth, January 17.

In the Magistrates’ Court, James Frederick Munday, alias James Christie, aged 27, was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment with hard labour for unlawfully converting to his own use a ear at Greymoutb. He was also sentenced to three months’ imprisonment with bard labour on a charge of obtaining credit by fraud at Waiho. The sentences are to be concurrent.
