That Loch Ness, in Scotland, is actually inhabited by a monster is the firm belief of Canon E. A. Gowring, a. former Napier resident, who is revisiting the district. Can'on Gowring resides in London, but be has visited Scotland and has stayed A with friends near Loch Ness. “I am confident that there is a monster there,” he said in an interview. “I have friends living on the edge of the loch and I am sure that they would not tell me any tales. lam prepared to take their word for it when they say they have seen the monster.” i Canon Gowring added that he spent a period of every year fishing in Scotland.
