The Berlin correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph’’ says that it is officially announced that 29,699 German farms are infected with foot-and-mouth disease, which is still spreading in the eastern provinces. The Warsaw correspondent of “The Times” reports that a mild outbreak of foot-and-iuoutb disease has occurred near the German frontier. Severe precautions are being taken to isolate the epidemic.
