Announced
Washington, January 7.
President Roosevelt has nominated Mr. Joseph Kennedy as Ambassador to Great Britain.
Mr. Hugh Wilson. Assistant Secretary of State, bus been appointed Ambassador to Germany. It. is also announced that Mr. Joseph Davis, the present Ambassador in Russia, will be Ambassador in Belgium.
