By Telegraph—Press Association.

Auckland, December 15.

Both (lie Arbitration Court and the Second Arbitral ion Court will leave for Wellington on Friday and go into recess on December 24 for' the holidays.

The Second Arbitration Court, pre sided over by Mr. Justice Hunter, will hold its first session for 1938 on January 21 in Auckland to make arrangements for fixtures.

The court presided over by Mr. .lustice O'Regan will probably hold its first session in Auckland on January 25, although an early visit to the Gisborne-Napier-Wellington circuit is probable, as it is about two years since the court has sat in these listricts.
