Murder Of Victorian Truck Driver

Melbourne, December 15.

Harold John Reeve, 37, a barman, lias been charged with having murdered John Thomas Dempsey, the truck driver w’hose body was found buried in a sack near his lorry, which was found abandoned between Kyneton and King Lake West in October. William Grahame, an Englishman who came to Australia recently, Francis O’Keefe, 37, of North Melbourne, and Roy McFarlane, 32, Newmarket, have been charged with the same crime. In respect to the last two the police do not allege that they killed Dempsey, but that they were present when the murder was committed.
