Men Charged With Murder Of Frenchman London, December 9. The Perpignan correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph” says that the Spanish authorities have advised the French police that the three carabiniers who are charged with the murder of Sebastian Juanole, who was shot dead just inside the French frontier, are being transferred to Barcelona for trial.

A cable received on December 8 stated that while returning from a dance accompanied by his taster and a young Spanish friend who had taken refuge in France, Sebastian Juanole, a French farmer, aged IS, was shot dead by Spanish’ carabiniers just inside the French frontier near St. Laurent de Cerdagne. The carabiniers had told the refugee to follow them across the frontier, but he ran away. Juanole intervened and was shot.
