Mr Raffray Weds Former Vaudeville Artist (Received December 3, 7.55 p.m.) New York, December 2. Another marriage has been added to the series of domestic reshuffles, beginning with the Duchess of Windsor’s divorce, by the wedding of a stockbroker, Jacques Raffray, divorced husband of Mrs. Raff ray, to Connie de Bower, former vaudeville artist, who has been twice divorced. Mrs. .Raffray married Mr. Ernest Simpson, former husband of the Duchess of Windsor.
