APPLICATION has been made to the above Company to issue new Certificate of Title to Shares Nos. 3122 to 3154, both inclusive, in lieu of original certificate issued in the name of Marton Dairy Factory Company, Ltd., of Marton, and the said Company has made a statutory declaration that the said original certificate of title has been lost. Notice is hereby given that unless within twenty-one days from date hereof there is made to the Co-operative Dairy Producers’ Freezing Co., Ltd., some claim or representation in respect of the original certificate, a new certificate will be issued in place thereof. NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. yOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Wellington City Council, held on Thursday, November 18, 1937, the following resolution was passed:—That the Wellington City Council pursuant to the provisions of the Wellington City Milk Supply Act 1919 The Local Bodies Loans Act 1926 and their Amendments and The Municipal Corporations Act 1933 and in pursuance of an Order-in-Council dated the 17th day of November 1937 whereby the said Council was authorised to raise a loan of Thirty-two thousand seven hundred pounds (£32,700) and in pursuance and exercise of all other Acts powers and authorities it in that behalf enabling doth hereby resolve by way of Special Order as follows:—1. That a Special Loan of Thirty-two thousand seven hundred pounds (£32,700) to be known as “The Wellington City Milk Supply Loan 1933 Renewal Loan 1938” be raised by the Wellington City Council for the purpose of repaying the amount of the Wellington City Milk Supply Loan 1933 which matures on the 31st day of March 1938 aud which is not provided for by the accumulated sinking funds or by the proceeds from the sale of part of the old milk station premises in Dixon Street to Woolworths (N.Z.) Limited. 2. That the rate of interest on the said loan he a rate not exceeding Three pounds ten shillings (£3/10/-) per centum per annum payable half-yearly on the 31st day of March and the 30th day of September in each year during the currency of the said loan being a period of ten (10) years from the 31st day of March 1938. 3. That a sinking fund of Two pounds nineteen shillings (£2/19/-) per centum per annum be established in connection with the said loan. 4. That the security for the interest sinking fund and other charges and repayment of the said loan be a special rate of Thirty-four ninehundredths of a penny (34-900 d. in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the whole City of Wellington. 5. That no amount payable as either interest or sinking fund in respect of the said loan shall be payable out of loan money. 6. That the rate payable for brokerage underwriting and procuration fees in respect of the raising of the said loan or any part thereof shall not in the aggregate exceed one-half per centum of any amount raised. 7. That payment of interest and repayment of principal in respect of the said loan shall be made in New Zealand. 8. That the proceeds from the sale of the old milk station premises in Dixon Street are to be applied as follows: —(a) The sum of Six thousand seven hundred and fifty pounds (£6750) payable in respect of the sale of part already arranged with Woolworths (N.Z.) Limited shall be applied in part redemption of the Milk Supply Loan 1933 of Forty-four thousand five hundred pounds (£44,500). (b) Part. of the, purchase money for the remaining lands to the extent of not more than Eleven thousand pounds (£11,000) may be applied in payment of the overdraft (if any) of the City Milk Department owing at the date of sale and the balance .-■'ball be applied in redemption of this Loan or paid into the sinking fund of this loan. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the resolution will be. Submitted for confirmation at an Ordinary Meeting of the Wellington City Council to be held on Thursday the 16th day o, December, 1937, at the Council Chamber, Town Hall. Cuba Street, Wellington.
