Khandallah Defeats Johnsonville
The KhandalHh Bowling Club beat the Johnsonville Bowling Club on Saturday in the first of the three matches of the season for the Jerusalem Cup. Johnsonville hold the cup, for which there is a contest between the same two clubs every season. Khandallah won all four of the rink matches on Saturday. The scores are as follows, the Khandallah skip being mentioned first in each ease: Lynneberg 19, Embury 17; Nalder 21, Turner 19; Rodger 16, Mills 12; Bringans 26, Jacobs 21.
The one-day tournament which the Khandallah club intended to hold last Tuesday, but -which was postponed because of rain, is to be held on December 7.
