BURGLARY CHARGE

Cook Before Court “There are other charges of breaking and entering to be preferred against accused, and also one of being in possession of counterfeiting moulds,” said DetectiveSergeant P. Doyle, referring to Reginald Mulholland, cook, aged 21, who appeared before Mr. J. 11. Luxford, S.M., in the Magistrate’s .Court, Wellington, yesterday. Mulholland was charged with breaking and entering the warehouse of Abbott, Armstrong, and Howie, Limited, and committing theft. Mr. T. P. McCarthy, who appeared for Mulholland, asked for a remand until next SVednesday week. This was granted.
