R.N.V.R. TOURNAMENT
Team To Visit Auckland
To-morrow evening a party of Wellington Royal Naval Volunteer Reservists will leave in the Limited express for Auckland to take part in a tournament arranged for the Labour Day week-end. The hosts and opponents of the party will be the Auckland R.N.V.R.
The travelling party eonsjsts of 25 ratings headed by Lieutenant P. Phipps and Sub-Lreutenant L. King. The tournament will comprise competitions in boat sailing and pulling, also rifle shooting.
