Parliamentary Broadcasts
Sir, —Referring to “Unbiased’s” letter in “The Dominion” of October 13. may I say that whereas I did not see “Mother of Seven's” letter, I judge from “Unbiased’s” comments thereon that I am quite in accord with the “Mother’s” sentiments. No doubt she does as I do when the blatant 'members of Parliament on the Labour Party side are speaking, i.e., turn off the radio, but the Government uses the most powerful broadcasting station and reception from other stations is not nearly so good. It would be interesting to know who prepares the news from the Prime Minister’s office. Surely “Unbiased” cannot aver that whoever does is not prejudiced in favour of” the Government. —I am, etc., RUSTICUS.
Wanganui, October 18. [This letter has been abridged.]
