Transfer Of Europeans From Addis Ababa Koine, October IS. The Prime Minister, Signor Mussolini, unexpectedly rejected plans for the’transfer of the European section of the population of Addis Ababa to a lower altitude after the discovery by the Italians that only Europeans with strong hearts and lungs can live at 9000 feet.
‘His refusal is believed to be prompted by economic reasons.
