Laundry Workers’ Award

Whether colleges employing laundry workers could be parties to an industrial award was decided in the Arbitration Court to-day, when certain Auckland colleges applied to be struck out of an industrial dispute on the ground that they were institutions not working for direct or indirect profit. The court upheld the application,
