The Picture on the left shows the new block. To the right, Mr. Froser is shown addressing the gathering f spectator. The chairman of the school committee, Mr. E. J. Smith, is seated at the Draped table, with the chairman of the Wellington Education Board, Mr. W.V. Dyer, to the right.
