Union Cargo Service The foUowlng are the movements ot Union Company vessels engaged in its intercolonial cargo service:— The Gabriella, from Grafton, Port Stephens and Newcastle, is to leave Auckland to-day for Whangarei, thence to Newcastle, where she will load about September 21 for Wanganui. The Kaikorai, from Newcastle, is to leave Wellington to-day or to-morrow for Napier to complete discharge. She will then proceed to Newcastle and Sydney to load for Auckland.
The Kalranga is to leave Auckland on Wednesday for Sydney, thence to Newcastle, where ehe will load about September 23 for Wellington. The Kaiwarra, from Newcastle, is due at Wellington on Wednesday. The Kallngo, from Melbourne and Launceston, left Wellington on Saturday for Auckland, and New Plymouth to complete discharge, thence to Westport to load for Sydney. She will then load at Newcastle about September 29 for Nelson, Napier and Gisborne.
• The Karepo, from Newcastle, is to leave Sydney early this week for New Plymouth and Gisborne.
The Karetu. from Newcastle, Port Kembla and Sydney, was to have left Oamaru on Saturday for Bluff to complete discharge. She will then proceed to Port Chalmers for overhaul and survey. She will leave there again about September 18 for Newcastle, Sydney and Hobart to load for Bluff, Dunedin, Timaru and Lyttelton. The Kauri is to load at Adelaide about Wednesday and completes at Edithburg and Melbourne for Auckland, Portland, Wellington and Wanganui. The Omana, from Edithburg, Adelaide and Melbourne, is to leave Lyttelton to-day for Wellington to continue discharge. From here she will proceed to New Plymouth to complete, thence to Greymouth to load for Melbourne and Adelaide. The Waikoualtl, from Newcastle, Port Kembla and Sydney, Is to leave Timaru today for Lyttelton to complete discharge, thence via Bluff to Sydney. She will then load at Newcastle and Sydney for Bluff, Dunedin, Timaru and Lyttelton. The Waitakl is to leave Melbourne on Wednesday for Bluff, Dunedin, Lyttelton and Wellington.
Port Huon Reports The Port Line has received a wireless message from its motor-ship Port Huon, en route from Liverpool, reporting that she expects to reach Auckland to-morrow afternoon. She will later complete discharge at Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, New Plymouth, and Oamaru, and la due here next Monday. TROJAN STAR IN PORT. To continue her Homeward loading the Blue Star Line steamer Trojan Star arrived at Wellington yesterday afternoon from Timaru, and berthed at the Glasgow Wharf. She is to leave here again on Wednesday for New Plymouth and Auckland to fill up. and is scheduled to clear the northern port finally on September 27 for London, via the Panama Canal.
PORT DUNEDIN DUE NOON TO-DAY. From London, via Suva, the Port Line motor-ship Port Dunedin Is due at Wellington at noon to-day and ■will berth at the Pipitea Wharf. Site is now expected to leave here again to-night fpr Lyttelton, Dunedin and Timaru to complete discharge.
MATAROA SAILS. Having completed her Homeward loading. the Shaw, Savill liner Mataroa left Wellington on Saturday evening for Southampton dud London, via the Panama Canal.
HERTFORD DUE TO-DAY. To continue discharge of her Liverpool cargo, the Federal steamer Hertford is due at Wellington about noon to-day from Auckland and will berth at the King s Wharf. She will later proceed to Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete discharge.
MATUA’S PASSENGERS. The Union Company's motor-ship Matua, which left Wellington on Saturday for Auckland and the islands, took the following passengers:— , , „ , Mrs. G. Ashford, Miss F. AWATEA DUE NOON TO-DAY. En route from Sydney to Wellington the Union Company’s liner Awatea has reported by wireless that she has been delayed bv heavy weather and now expects to arrive off'Point Baisweil at 11.36 a.m. today. She will berth about noon at No. 1 south Queen’s Wharf. The Awatea will leave here again next Friday on the return trip to Sydney.
RANGITANE IN PORT. To continue her Homeward loading the New Zealand Shipping Company’s motorliner Rangltane arrived at M ellington yesterday morning from Napier and berthed at the Glasgow Wharf. She is to leave here again on Wednesday for Auckland to fill up and is to clear that port finally on September 23 for London, via the Panama Canal.
MYRTLEBANK WITH PHOSPHAJES. The Bank Line motor-ship Myrtlebank left Nauru Island on September 7 with phosphates for Lyttelton and Dunedin. She is due at Lyttelton next Saturday.
TONGARIRO LEAVES LONDON Cabled advice has been received that the New Zealand Shipping Company s Tongariro left London on Saturday for Dunedin, Lyttelton and New Plymouth. She is due at Dunedin on October 20.
NARBADA DELAYED Delayed at Auckland, the Union Company’s chartered steamer Narbada is now to leave there next Thursday for Wellington to continue discharge of her Eastern cargo.
MELBOURNE MARU AT AUCKLAND. From Japan via Noumea, the O.S.K. Line motor-ship Melbourne Maru reached Auckland on Saturday night. She is due at Wellington next Thursday to continue discharging and loading to the agency of the Federal Company.
