Decrees Nisi Granted Undefended petitions for divorce were heard before Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court at Wellington yesterday, decrees nisi being granted in the following cases:— Arthur John Nicoll (Mr. W. David Stephen Edgeworth (Mr. G. G. Kent) v. Janet Edgeworth, desertion. Sidney James Hayden (Mr. R. I. M. Sutherland) v. Yvonne Margaret Hayden, separation. , An order for restitution of conjugal rights was granted Jocelyn Mary Prendergast Nairn (Mr. J. F. B. Stevenson) against lan Charles Nairn.
