LONG DUEL FOUGHT
Budapest, August 23. What is believed to bo the longest duel in history was fought between an engineer. Zboropjaj. and Dr. Prueler, fencing expert. It lasted for two hours and a half. The combatants used I’ght cavalry sabres, and both were wounded early and again in the twelfth round, when the seconds wanted to stop the fight, which continued until the fifty-first round, and was then declared ended owing to the exhaustion of the duellists. s ’file duel originated in an argument at a meeting.
