VICEROY AND GANDHI MEET
Indian Problems Discussed Delhi, August 4. Gandhi has arrived at Delhi, having accepted the invitation of the Viceroy
of India, the Marquis of Linlithgow, to make ids acquaintance. A communique announces that they discussed Gandhi's visit to t h e North-west frontier province and cognate matters. The Viceroy is communicating Gandhi's views to the Governor of the province. They also discussed an improvement, of >the conditions of the peasantry.
